Structure and Performance of POWER BASE

1. This unit is designed to synchronize the upper and lower tables during up/down operation by connecting a gearbox composed of a rack gear and pinion gear with a connecting shaft.
2. The internal Gear Box has several Gears that mesh together and operate, so it rarely occurs.
3. During up/down movement, it can operate smoothly even with a partial load of up to 50%.
4. Unlike LM guides, ball bushes, and X-links, the guide itself is composed of units, making maintenance easier. The parts are standardized, allowing for quick replacement of components.

Types of POWER BASE

1. IP SERIES(GUIDE TYPE)-STANDARD TYPE

   - The basic model includes standard sizes ranging from IP300 to IP2000, and custom specifications for applications over 2 tons can also be produced.
   - It can solve up/down guide and synchronization issues, and the center distance between gearboxes can be selected at the designer's discretion.

2. IPC SERIES(GUIDE TYPE)-CLEAN ROOM TYPE

   - The IP series undergoes additional post-treatment (hard chrome plating / electroless nickel plating / Raiden treatment) and includes silicone bellows on the top and a cover on the bottom to minimize dust generated internally, making it suitable for clean room applications (Class Zone: 100–1000 Class). It can also be used for general industrial machinery where dust generation is high.

3. IPL SERIES(LM GUIDE TYPE)

   - The IPL series does not use the traditional bush guide method; instead, it incorporates LM guides to maximize smooth operation and durability, making it suitable for frequently used applications.
