Structure and Performance of the MOTOR LIFTER
- The traditional lift methods utilize pneumatic (AIR) or hydraulic systems for lifting; however, the MOTOR LIFTER employs an electric motor to drive the unit's up-and-down motion, pushing a cam plate attached to the link.
Features of the MOTOR LIFTER
- The electric motor design eliminates the need for hydraulic or pneumatic systems, making it an eco-friendly product.
- Unlike conventional pneumatic or hydraulic systems, which can struggle with position control due to temperature changes, the MOTOR LIFTER allows for precise control.
- The electric operation enables desired position and speed control (especially with inverter control).
- Installation is straightforward, and the working environment remains clean.
- Each rotating component is equipped with high-strength bearings for exceptional durability.
- There is a low incidence of part wear and breakage.
- It is suitable for use in clean rooms and can also be used for mobility applications.
Applications of the MOTOR LIFTER
-
FA and Logistics Systems
- Automotive production lines, general industrial production equipment, logistics and automatic warehouse lines, and for operational lifting (ascending/descending).
